A Holistic Health Consultation is a blend of herbal recommendations and energy/light work.
Holistic healing is an examination of all the aspects of one's life to determine the source or sources of the imbalances causing illness.
Some aspects to consider are diet, working conditions, relationships, and ancestral history, and emotional and mental temperament.
As a picture of the person's life unfolds, one can examine what therapies may be helpful. We will do some Energy work and Lightwork during the session, and other therapies may be recommended, such as massage, yoga or meditation.
Herbs may help bring the body into balance and vitamin or mineral supplementation. This consultation is truly a holistic approach to healing as it is a blend of herbal, lightwork/energy work and lifestyle coaching.
I will be available to you as you go through your healing process. Being a good healer also includes listening, caring, and committing to the person you assist on their healing journey.
